Current R&D Activities

Aside from our existing line of ethanol fuel systems, we are already designing a complete line of electric generator systems that combine a converted diesel engine (which runs off of ethanol) with a generator matched to an automated ethanol fuel production system. This combination allows the generator to produce its own fuel, and allows the ethanol production system to operate under its own power. Users can choose to produce electricity, ethanol, or both.

We are also working on a new line of advanced turbofan jet engines that are specifically designed to run on ethanol. These turbine engines will be priced at about 1/20th of similarly rated existing engines. Advanced manufacturing techniques which represent a significant departure from existing turbine engine manufacturing approaches will accomplish most of the price reduction. Our company will also be manufacturing the FADEC electronic systems for the engines, which will bring in house all of the systems needed for the engine production. We also believe that we can significantly improve the overall efficiency of the engine design by electrically assisting the axial compressor sections with electrical power generated by the electro-thermodynamic reactions created by the high-speed exhaust gases exiting the hot section turbines. We are pursing a patent on this process, but intend to allow the design to remain in the public domain rather than be controlled by a single company.

All of our new products and services are designed and built in the USA.
